Orders

How do I place an order?

If you're not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

What payment methods are accepted?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Are payments secure?

Joys only saves the personal data necessary for shipping the order: name, surname, contact details and address.

This data is completely protected and will not be shared with third parties.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping to Italy and Europe

  • Joys delivers to Italy and the European Union within approximately 3 working days (no deliveries are made on Saturdays) for orders placed by 11.59pm the previous day.
  • For islands, under-served countries and remote areas, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
Where can I see the status of my order?

When your order is confirmed, you will immediately receive an "order confirmation" email.

You will receive another email when your order is “ready to ship” and when it is “sent”.

How do I track my order?

The courier will send you an email with a reference to track your order.
