How do I place an order?
Purchasing on Joys is very simple:
- Browse our products and be inspired by the spirit of true Made in Italy!
- If you already know what you're looking for, use the navigation bar or search bar to find it easily!
- Once you find the right product, select the size and quantity and click the "add to cart" button.
- To proceed with your purchase, click "checkout", then add your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Joys accepts payments from all types of credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard), PayPal, Amazon Pay and Cash on Delivery.
Are payments secure?
Joys only saves the personal data necessary for shipping the order: name, surname, contact details and address.
This data is completely protected and will not be shared with third parties.
What are the delivery times?
Shipping to Italy and Europe
- Joys delivers to Italy and the European Union within approximately 3 working days (no deliveries are made on Saturdays) for orders placed by 11.59pm the previous day.
- For islands, under-served countries and remote areas, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
Where can I see the status of my order?
When your order is confirmed, you will immediately receive an "order confirmation" email.
You will receive another email when your order is “ready to ship” and when it is “sent”.
How do I track my order?
The courier will send you an email with a reference to track your order.
